EATING || all the chipotle I can get my hands on. Also, cheese. Also, honey crisp apples.
DRINKING || kombucha. delicious mixed drinks with ingredients such as Rosemary & lavendar. & tazo teas. I haven't yet had a pumpkin beer so that will be happening soon too.
PRACTICING || every asana I can squeeze my body into.
MASTERING || my time.
LEARNING || to let go of my ego.
PLAYING || the fault in our stars soundtrack.
FINISHING || my actual teacher training & my last two weeks in DC.
READING || Yoga anatomy.
WATCHING || my sister in law prepare to marry the man of her dreams.
WALKING || a lot less because of TT but biking a good deal more.
WEARING || all the leggings.
COOKING || sweet potato/spinach/salsa/black bean/avocado bowls for breakfast. It brightens my morning. (Thanks for the inspiration, Kel.)
WORKING || on patience. & enjoying the moments I get to see blue skies.
TRAVELING || around the East Coast.
WANTING || my husband. Also, a little more sleep. Soon enough, soon enough.
I'm amazed that I was even able to type this post. I'm currently hunched over my breakfast at 5:45 in the morning, typing this on my phone, getting ready to throw on my helmet & bike to the studio for day 7 of my teacher training. Life is a blur right now. But! I've been arriving early enough that I have a few minutes to watch the sunrise & for that, this is all worth it. Happy October!!
